Open to any graduate student in any discipline (2 credits)

The road from lab to commercialization is a long, zigzag path fraught with huge risk and uncertainty.  It can lead somewhere – or nowhere.  How do you identify a promising technology and then attract, defend, and deploy resources to create a market? How do you prevent ideas that don’t have a great future from becoming a distraction? Working closely in teams, MBA and graduate engineering/science students seek answers to these questions in a competitive environment as part of a project-based course. (ND)
